I 1784 sognepræst for Brabrand-Kasted.<br /> ===Privatliv===<br /> Jens Møldrup var søn af en underofficer, og har været gift to gange og fik under sit første ægteskab en søn. <br /> Anden gang han indgik ægteskab var med Mette Marie Riber (født cirka 1768, død i Brabrand).
